Installing ODBC Enrichment Source¶

Prerequisite

Logpoint v6.7.4 or later

To install ODBC Enrichment Source:

1. Download the .pak file from the ServiceDesk.

2. Go to Settings >> System from the navigation bar and click Applications.

3. Click Import.

4. Browse to the downloaded pak file.

5. Click Upload.

After installing ODBC Enrichment Source, you can find it under Settings >> System >> Plugins.

Uninstalling ODBC Enrichment Source¶

You must remove the ODBC Enrichment Source configurations to delete it.

To uninstall ODBC Enrichment Source:

1. Go to Settings >> System from the navigation bar and click Applications.

2. Click Uninstall () icon from the Actions column.

3. Click Yes.
